The invention relates to impermeable concrete added with polypropylene fibers and waste tire rubber particles and a preparation method of the impermeable concrete. The concrete is composed of rubber particles, polypropylene fibers, cement, water, sand, gravels and a water reducing agent, and the preparation method comprises the steps: putting the rubber particles into an alkaline solution to be soaked for 30 min, taking out, cleaning with clear water, airing and drying; pouring cement into water, and fully stirring by using a cement stirrer; uniformly mixing polypropylene fibers and rubber particles, introducing the mixture into cement which is stirred in advance, adding a water reducing agent, and fully stirring by using a cement stirrer; and pouring the gravels and the sand into the cement, and fully stirring to obtain the concrete. After the rubber particles are added, the toughness of the concrete is better, the tensile defects of the rubber particles can be made up by the polypropylene fibers, and the rubber particles and the polypropylene fibers complement each other, so that the mixed fiber concrete reaches a high level in the aspects of tensile strength, toughness, seepageprevention and the like.
本发明涉及一种添加聚丙烯纤维和废旧轮胎橡胶颗粒的防渗混凝土及其制备方法。本发明包括橡胶颗粒、聚丙烯纤维、水泥、水、沙子、碎石和减水剂,制备方法包括将橡胶颗粒放入碱性溶液中浸泡30分钟,并取出用清水洗净晾晒干燥;将水泥倒入水中,使用水泥搅拌机充分搅拌;将聚丙烯纤维与橡胶颗粒混合均匀后导入事先搅拌好的水泥中,添加减水剂,使用水泥搅拌机充分搅拌;将碎石和沙子倒入水泥中,充分搅拌,即得。本发明中添加橡胶颗粒后,混凝土的韧性更加良好,橡胶颗粒自身抗拉方面的不足又可以被聚丙烯纤维弥补,两者优缺互补,使混合纤维混凝土在抗拉、韧性、防渗等方面都达到了较高水平。
