IMPERMEABLE CONCRETE HAVING POLYPROPYLENE FIBER AND WASTE TIRE RUBBER PARTICLES ADDED, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
An impermeable concrete having polypropylene fiber and waste tire rubber particles added, and a preparation method therefor. A raw material comprises rubber particles, a polypropylene fiber, a cement, water, sand, rubbles, and a water reducing agent. The preparation method comprises: putting the rubber particles into an alkaline solution for immersing for 30 minutes, taking out, washing with clean water, airing and drying; pouring the cement into water, and fully stirring with a cement stirrer; uniformly mixing the polypropylene fiber with the rubber particles, and then pouring the mixture into a pre-stirred cement, adding the water reducing agent, and fully stirring with the cement stirrer; and pouring the rubbles and sand into the cement, and fully stirring to obtain an impermeable concrete.
L'invention concerne un béton imperméable auquel sont ajoutées une fibre de polypropylène et des particules de caoutchouc de pneu usé, ainsi qu'un procédé de préparation associé. Une matière première comprend des particules de caoutchouc, une fibre de polypropylène, un ciment, de l'eau, du sable, des galets et un agent réducteur d'eau. Le procédé de préparation comprend : le placement des particules de caoutchouc dans une solution alcaline pour les immerger pendant 30 minutes, le retrait des particules de caoutchouc, leur lavage à l'eau propre, leur aération et leur séchage ; le versement du ciment dans de l'eau, et l'agitation complète avec un agitateur de ciment ; le mélange uniforme de la fibre de polypropylène avec les particules de caoutchouc, puis le versement du mélange dans un ciment pré-agité, l'ajout de l'agent de réduction d'eau et l'agitation complète avec l'agitateur de ciment ; et le versement des débris et du sable dans le ciment, puis l'agitation complète pour obtenir un béton imperméable.
