The invention discloses a 3D printing graphene oxide reinforced cement-based material and a preparation method thereof. The material is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 3 partsof a graphene oxide dispersion liquid, 100 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 100 parts of sand, 27 parts of water, 5 parts of a thickening time control agent, 0.2 part of a water reducing agent, 0.1part of a thickening agent and 0.1 part of a defoaming agent. According to the 3D printing graphene oxide reinforced cement-based material, internal microdefects are reduced, the integrity and stability after printing forming are good, good printability is achieved, and development of the 3D printing construction technology is promoted.
本发明公开了一种用于3D打印的氧化石墨烯增强水泥基材料及其制备方法。该材料按重量份数计,材料的组成和含量分别为:氧化石墨烯分散液3份,普通硅酸盐水泥100份,砂100份,水27份,调凝剂5份,减水剂0.2份,增稠剂0.1份,消泡剂0.1份。本发明的3D打印氧化石墨烯增强水泥基材料内部微观缺陷减少,打印成型后的完整度和稳定性良好,具有良好的可打印性,有利于推动3D打印建造技术的发展。
