3D printing grating reinforced cement-based composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a 3D printing grid reinforced cement-based composite material and a preparation method, the composite material comprises an RO grid structure and a cement-based material formed by mixing standard sand, water and cement, the composite material is characterized in that the RO grid structure takes PA6 as a raw material, grids are distributed in the cement-based material in the form of a skeleton or a reinforcement body, and the RO grid structure is formed by mixing the standard sand, the water and the cement. A unit cell grating of the RO grating structure is constructed by rhombic octahedral units, the sizes of center lines of the unit cell grating are equal in x, y and z directions, and the unit cell grating is geometrically symmetric around three vertical planes where the center points of the unit cell grating intersect. The method is simple in implementation step and high in operability, and has a good ductility/toughness enhancing effect.
