Wear-resistant wet road marking paint
The design principle of the wear-resistant wet road marking paint is as follows: a ground marking is subjected to double-layer paving treatment, and the marking of a base layer is a yellow acrylic resin material; and the surface course marked lines are white wet-feeling paint with a good covering effect under a dry condition, so that the road marked lines can display the color of the base course in rainy days or when the humidity of the road surface is relatively high, and can display the white color of the surface course after the road surface is dry; the surface layer of the humidity-sensitive marked line is made of a humidity-sensitive coating composed of a humidity-sensitive color-changing body, a sensitizer, a toner, a film-forming agent and other raw materials, wherein the raw materials used as the color-changing body are cobalt chloride and hexamethylenetetramine and can change color along with the change of the humidity in the atmosphere, the sensitizer is urea (CN6ON2), the toner is chlorinated phthalocyanine, and the film-forming agent is butyl acrylate. The formula comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of cobalt chloride, 15-20 parts of hexamethylenetetramine, 1-3 parts of urea, 5-10 parts of phthalocyanine chloride and 55-60 parts of butyl acrylate.
本发明公开了一种耐磨湿感道路标线漆,其设计原理如下:将地面标线进行双层摊铺处理,基层的标线为黄色的丙烯酸树脂材料;而面层标线为干燥情况下遮盖效果良好的白色湿感涂料,当下雨天或路面湿度较大时,道路标线即可显示基层的颜色,待路面干燥后又显示出面层的白色。湿感标线的面层原料是由湿感变色体、敏化剂、增色剂、成膜剂等原料组成的湿感涂料,其中作为变色体的原料是氯化钴和六次甲基四胺,能随大气中的湿度变化而变色,敏化剂为尿素(CNON),增色剂为氯化酞菁,成膜剂为丙烯酸丁酯。其各成分的配比为氯化钴15‑20份、六次甲基四胺15‑20份、尿素1‑3份、氯化酞菁5‑10份、丙烯酸丁酯55‑60份。
