Waterproof structure in roadbed ballastless track, construction method and application
The invention discloses a waterproof structure in a roadbed ballastless track, a construction method and application. The structure is characterized in that a continuous and totally-closed waterproofblocking layer is formed among the ballastless track on the upper layer, an inter-line closing layer, an off-line closing layer and a graded broken stone layer on the lower layer; the construction method comprises the steps that the ballastless track is lifted to a preset height, gaps are formed among the ballastless track on the upper layer, the inter-line closing layer, the off-line closing layer and the graded broken stone layer on the lower layer, and edge sealing is conducted on the two sides; grouting pipes and exhaust holes are distributed; polymer waterproof materials are poured into the gaps through the grouting pipes to form a continuous and totally-closed waterproof blocking layer. The application is used for treating ballastless track subgrade slurry turning and mud overflowing. A continuous and totally-closed waterproof blocking layer can be formed among the ballastless track on the upper layer, the inter-line closing layer, the off-line closing layer and the graded brokenstone layer on the lower layer, permeation of external water can be effectively limited, the problem of mud splashing is fundamentally solved, and mud is not prone to relapse.
本发明公开了一种路基无砟轨道内防水结构、施工方法及应用,该结构为:在上层的无砟轨道、线间封闭层、线外封闭层与下层的级配碎石层之间形成一个连续、全封闭的隔水阻断层;施工方法为:抬起无砟轨道至预设高度,在上层的无砟轨道、线间封闭层、线外封闭层与下层的级配碎石层之间形成缝隙,并对两侧进行封边;布设注浆管和排气孔;通过注浆管内将聚合物防水材料灌入缝隙内,形成一个连续、全封闭的隔水阻断层;该应用为:用于治理无砟轨道路基翻浆冒泥。本发明可在上层的无砟轨道、线间封闭层、线外封闭层与下层的级配碎石层之间形成一个连续、全封闭的隔水阻断层,其可有效限制外界水的渗入,从根本上解决了翻浆冒泥的问题,且不易复发。
