The invention discloses an asphalt pavement longitudinal crack treatment method. The method comprises the key technologies of carrying out nondestructive testing on crack diseases by using a ground penetrating radar, milling asphalt surface layer pressure grouting tailing sand cement mortar, arranging a T-shaped steel plate and the like. Milling and grouting are carried out in sequence, so that disturbance to mortar in the milling process and premature solidification of the mortar are effectively prevented, and T-shaped steel plates are prevented from being mounted unfavorably; the T-shaped steel plate is arranged after grouting, crack tearing stress reflection can be effectively relieved or even prevented, and surface layer cracks are reduced. According to the treatment method, the maintenance time after grouting is shortened, the construction period is shortened, cracks are effectively treated, and social benefits and economic benefits are remarkable.
本发明公开了一种沥青路面纵向裂缝处治方法,包括使用探地雷达对裂缝病害进行无损检测、铣刨沥青面层压力灌注尾矿砂水泥砂浆、设置T形钢板等关键技术。先铣刨后注浆,有效防止铣刨过程对砂浆料的扰动及砂浆过早凝固,不利T形钢板安装;注浆后设置T形钢板,可有效减缓甚至阻止裂缝撕拉应力反射,减少面层裂缝的产生。本发明的处治方法减少注浆后养护时间,缩短施工周期,对裂缝进行有效处治,社会效益与经济效益显著。
