The device includes a main body, wherein a main supporting rod is arranged on the main body; a rod cavity is formed in the side of the main body; the end of the main supporting rod is arranged in the rod cavity; the end part of the main supporting rod is circular and is provided with a circular hole; aconnecting pin shaft is arranged in the circular hole; a power box and an accommodating cavity are also arranged in the main body; a telescopic rod is arranged in the accommodating cavity; a warningmechanism is arranged at the upper end of the telescopic rod; the supporting structure and the warning mechanism can be stored in the main body when not in use, so that space is saved and the device is portable; a sensor and a buzzer are arranged, warning can be given out through the buzzer when a situation is found, the supporting and fixing effects are better, and the device still has a good warning effect even if the warning lamp is damaged or the power box is powered off while the warning effect is enhanced by arranging warning stripes containing fluorescent substances on the outer surfaceof the device.
