The vehicle comprises a van-type tricycle and a driving chain wheel connected with pedals, wherein an auxiliary driving shaft, a bevel gear driving shaft and a wheel driving shaft are sequentially and rotatably installed at the bottom of a compartment of the van-type tricycle in the direction away from the pedals,two driving bevel gears are symmetrically installed on the bevel gear driving shaft, and the two driving bevel gears are engaged with driven bevel gears at the same time; the driven bevel gears are fixedly connected to the bottom of a centrifugal disc device; the centrifugal disc device comprises a salt spreading disc of a circular structure, and a salt particle stirring mechanism is fixedly connected to the top of the salt spreading disc and located in a hopper for containing salt particles. The salt spreading operation vehicle is improved on the basis of a tricycle in the prior art and canwalk on a pedestrian path, automatic salt spreading is achieved, and the other positions of the salt spreading operation vehicle do not need to be driven by electric power except that blades of the auxiliary salt spreading device are driven by a battery. The auxiliary salt spreading device can spread salt to the pedestrian area on the other side of the tree, and the integrity of pavement salt spreading is guaranteed.
