Through cooperation of the fixing seat and the snow shovel, the snow shovel reciprocates along the limiting clamping groove of the fixing seat, the fixing seat scrapes accumulated snow on a wedge-shaped plate on the snow shovel, then a torsional spring of the snow shovel drives the wedge-shaped plate to turn over and reset, residual accumulated snow on the snow shovel is vibrated off, the situation that the snow removing efficiency is affected by accumulated snow on the snow shovel is prevented, and the accumulated snow on the snow shovel is reduced; and the snow removal efficiency is further improved.
