Sewage flows into a sewage pool through a water inlet pipe, when a lifting driving piece drives an inner pile to lift relative to an outer pipe until retaining rods are arranged in the horizontal direction in via holes, impurities can be retained by the retaining rods, the lifting driving piece then drives the retaining rods to draw back into the outer pipe, and at this moment, the impurities hung on the retaining rods lose support and fall to the bottom of the sewage pool under the effect of gravity; and the output end of a reciprocating driving piece drives a sweeping ring to sweep the peripheral side of the outer pipe in the length direction of the outer pipe, and the output end of a telescopic driving piece in a pushing mechanism pushes a pushing scraper bladeso that the pushing scraper blade can push the impurities settled at the bottom of the sewage pool to an impurity collecting pool. The drainage device has the functions that the impurities flowing into the sewage pool can be retained in a timely manner, and the situation that the impurities block a water outlet pipe is reduced.
