The invention provides a prefabricated integral composite insulation shear wall structure and a construction method thereof. The structure comprise a cast-in-place structural member and a prefabricated insulation structural member, wherein the cast-in-place structural member comprises a reinforced concrete shear wall, a reinforced concrete floor and a bearing lug; the prefabricated insulation structural member comprises a prefabricated insulation protection integrated plate and a lug insulation board; the prefabricated insulation protection integrated plate comprises an insulation material layer and a protection structure layer, three-dimensional structural steel bars are arranged in the insulation material layer, and a steel mesh sheet is arranged in the protection structure layer. The prefabricated insulation protection integrated plate and a shear wall body are connected into a whole, so that the building insulation service life is as long as structural service life; the structure has the advantages of long service life, good insulation effect, firm and reliable connection and high construction efficiency.
