The invention discloses a sunken toilet drainage structure and a construction method thereof. The sunken toilet drainage structure comprises a drainage structure body, wherein the drainage structure body comprises a structural layer, a first waterproof layer, a slope forming layer, semicircular drainage pipes, a connecting pipe, a drainage through pipe, a filling layer, a second waterproof layer and a cement layer; the first waterproof layer is laid on the top of the structural layer; the slope forming layer is laid on the top of the first waterproof layer; and two semicircular drainage pipesare arranged on the outer side of the slope forming layer in a surrounding mode. The cross section of the slope forming layer is inverted V-shaped, the semicircular drainage pipes are arranged on theslope forming layer in the surrounding mode, and water can enter the semicircular drainage pipes along the slope forming layer after passing through the drainage pipe, flows into the connecting pipe through the semicircular drainage pipes, and then is drained through a water inlet of a water collecting hopper on the outer side of a drainage pipeline; and the problem that long-term accumulated water in a toilet cannot be drained is solved, the water flowing area during pipeline negative water and toilet water seepage is reduced, and the drainage and drying speed of the toilet is increased.
