The T-shaped connecting part and the square plates are arranged and are used for splicing and dismounting, the transferrable fence foundation structure can be transferred and repeatedly used by users conveniently, and the situation that waste is caused due to the fact that dismounting cannot be achieved in the cast-in-place manner is avoided; through cooperation with the functions of through holes, lifting rings and the limiting parts, the square plates and the T-shaped connecting part can be assembled stably, users can lift and transport the T-shaped connecting part and thesquare plates conveniently, and the T-shaped connecting part and the square plates adopt prefabricated reinforced concrete; and in order to facilitate construction, the sizes of prefabricated components are calculated and adjusted, on the premise of meeting requirements, the weight of the single T-shaped connecting part and the weight of each single square plate are reduced, and construction personnel can splice mounting components conveniently.
