PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence foundation block and a fence foundation block construction method in which a backfill process can be reduced by one time by being arranged in the foundation flush with an L-shaped earth retaining block, and a fence can be installed closely to the L-shaped earth retaining block by the arrangement abutting with the L-shaped earth retaining block.SOLUTION: A fence foundation block of the present invention is a fence foundation block 10 used along with an L-shaped earth retaining block 20. The fence foundation block has a column holding part 11 opened upward and forming a space for inserting a fence pillar 30, and a leg part 12 setting up the column holding part 11. A wall inner surface abutment surface 11a is formed in the column holding part 11, and the leg part 12 is formed of a bottom upper face abutment surface 12a and a bottom end face abutment surface 12b.
【課題】Ｌ型土留めブロックと同一平面の基礎に配置することによって埋め戻し工程を１回少なくすることができ、また、Ｌ型土留めブロックと当接配置することによってフェンスをＬ型土留めブロックに近接して設置することができる、フェンス基礎ブロック及びフェンス基礎ブロック施工法を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明のフェンス基礎ブロックは、Ｌ型土留めブロック２０とともに用いられるフェンス基礎ブロック１０であって、上方に開口し、フェンス柱３０を挿入する空間を形成する柱保持部１１と、柱保持部１１を立脚する脚部１２とを有し、柱保持部１１には、壁部内面当接面１１ａを形成し、脚部１２には、底部上面当接面１２ａと、底部端面当接面１２ｂとを形成した。【選択図】 図１
