INDUSTRIAL MACHINE STARTUP CONTROL SYSTEM, STARTUP CONTROL METHOD, AND PROGRAM
To control startup of an industrial machine in accordance with the state of health of an operator, the invention provides an industrial machine startup control system (1) which controls startup of anindustrial machine (60), characterized by being provided with: a vital data measuring device (10) which measures vital data of an operator (P); a state of health analyzing device (20) which acquires the vital data of the operator (P) measured by the vital data measuring device (10), and assesses the state of health of the operator (P) on the basis of the acquired vital data; and a startup controldevice (50) which controls whether to permit or prohibit startup of the industrial machine (60) on the basis of the assessment result from the state of health analyzing device (20).
本发明根据作业人员的健康状态来控制产业机械的起动。本发明提供产业机械起动控制系统(1),该产业机械起动控制系统(1)控制产业机械(60)的起动,其特征在于,包括:生命数据测定装置(10),其测定作业人员(P)的生命数据;健康状态分析装置(20),其获取由所述生命数据测定装置(10)所测定的所述作业人员(P)的生命数据,并基于所获取的所述生命数据来判断所述作业人员(P)的健康状态;以及起动控制装置(50),其基于所述健康状态分析装置(20)所得出的判断结果来控制所述产业机械(60)的起动的允许/不允许。
