According to the present invention, a business start-up smart studio comprises a plurality of modular houses arranged to be spaced from each other at a constant distance. The modular houses have a first modular house forming a common office space, a second modular house forming a common working space, a third modular house forming a rest space, and at least one fourth modular house forming a living space of each participant for business start-up. Each of the modular houses is formed with a floor plate, an upper plate, and a plurality of side plates. The floor plate, the upper plate, and the side plates may have an insulating material.
본 발명에 따른 창업 스마트 스튜디오는, 일정간격으로 이격되게 배치된 복수의 모듈러 주택을 포함하고, 상기 복수의 모듈러는, 공용 사무공간을 구성하는 제1모듈러, 공용 작업공간을 구성하는 제2모듈러, 휴게공간을 구성하는 제3모듈러, 각 창업참여자의 거주공간을 구성하는 하나 이상의 제4모듈러를 포함하며, 상기 각 모듈러는 바닥판과, 상판과, 복수의 측판으로 구성되며, 상기 바닥판과, 상기 상판과, 상기 복수의 측판은 단열재를 포함할 수 있다.
