The invention discloses a 5G base station signal tower-based peripheral bird repelling and nesting preventing mechanism. The peripheral bird repelling and nesting preventing mechanism comprises a support pillar; the top end of the support pillar is fixedly connected with lifting mechanisms, and each lifting mechanism is provided with a first rack; top ends of the lifting mechanisms are installed in a top pillar; the left side and the right side of the top end of the support pillar are each fixedly connected with a guard plate; the right side of the lifting mechanisms is provided with a transmission mechanism; and the transmission mechanism is provided with fan-shaped disks. According to the peripheral bird repelling and nesting preventing mechanism, the transmission mechanism and bird repelling mechanisms are arranged, and second gears drive moving blocks by first hinged bars to move back and forth on inner walls of elongated sliding chutes of second sliding blocks correspondingly, sothat connecting shafts are driven to move, and the shaking force is generated during moving; springs amplify the shaking force to make rod tips swing, thereby achieving the purpose of repelling birds;and by installing the lifting mechanisms, first gears drive the first racks to move correspondingly during rotation, and the first racks push fixed blocks to move correspondingly, so that the top pillar moves on inner walls of the guard plates, and the birds are prevented from staying through movement of the top pillar.
