The invention discloses a grooving device, a power machine and a grooving machine. The grooving device comprises a sliding support, a cutting support and a first lifter. The cutting support comprisesa sliding part, a cut-in part and a driving device. The sliding part is slidingly connected with the sliding support. The cut-in part is connected with the sliding part and can rotate relative to thesliding part. The driving device is arranged on the sliding part and connected with the cut-in part. The driving device is configured to drive the cut-in part to rotate relative to the sliding part. The cut-in part is configured to perform cutting through rotating. One end of the first lifter is connected with the cutting support, and the other end of the first lifter is connected with the slidingsupport. The first lifter is configured to drive the cutting support and the sliding support to slide relatively so as to control the position of the cut-in part. The grooving device is suitable forcutting, for instance, rectangular grooves required for rock breaking and pushing operation or other rectangular grooves with the depth of 5 meters or below, and the grooving device is low in energy consumption and low in grooving cost.
