Tire crushing device
The invention discloses a tire crushing device, which is used to reduce water and rubber powder splashing when the tire is crushed. The tire crushing device provided by the invention comprises a crushing box body, a water baffle and a water jet assembly, wherein the water baffle and the water jet assembly are installed in the crushing box body, the water jet assembly comprises a water jet and a water jet installation frame, and the water jet is installed on the water jet installation frame. In the crushing box body, a tire crushing area for containing the tire is arranged at one side of the water baffle. The water baffle is located between the water jet assembly and the tire crushing area, and a slot penetrating the water baffle is formed in the water baffle. The slot is used for a water injection nozzle of a water supply knife to pass through, so that the water injection nozzle faces the tire crushing area. The water jet is used to spray water flow to the tire in the tire crushing area through the water injection nozzle so as to break the tire and make the tire be crushed into the rubber powder. The water baffle can block the splashing water flow and rubber powder, and the crushedbox body can prevent the water flow and rubber powder from splashing out of the crushed box, and the splashing of water and rubber powder when the tire is crushed is reduced.
