The invention relates to a wall crushing device and a wall crushing method. The wall crushing device comprises a frame body which is clamped at the top of a wall body and can move back and forth alongthe wall body, two working arms symmetrically arranged along the wall body and a plurality of percussion drills, wherein one ends of the two working arms are overlapped and rotationally mounted on the frame body; and the percussion drills are arranged at intervals and rotationally mounted at the other ends of the working arms, the elevation positions of the percussion drills are adjusted by rotating the working arms, then the percussion drills are rotated, drill bits of the percussion drills face the wall body, and therefore the wall body is crushed. The problem that a super-thick wall is difficult to crush is effectively solved, and the wall crushing device is easy to operate, high in crushing speed and good in adaptive capacity, and effectively improves the construction efficiency.
本发明涉及一种墙体破碎装置及其破碎方法,包括:供夹设于墙体的顶部且可沿墙体来回移动的架体;沿墙体对称设置的两个工作臂,且两个工作臂的一端相重叠并转动安装于架体;以及间隔设置且转动安装于工作臂的另一端的若干冲击钻,通过转动工作臂,以调节冲击钻的标高位置,进而转动冲击钻,使得冲击钻的钻头朝向墙体,从而实现破碎该墙体。本发明有效地解决了超厚墙体破碎困难的问题,该装置操作简单,破碎速度快,有效提升施工效率,适应能力好。
