The invention provides an anti-carbonization coating for underwater concrete structure protection and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of coating processing. The coating comprises the steps of: 20-35 parts of a filler, 30-45 parts of deionized water, 6-12 parts of a polybenzoate emulsion, 7-9 parts of a carbonization inhibitor, 1-3 parts of a defoaming agent, 30-37parts of a functional auxiliary agent, 0.01-0.1 parts of a corrosion inhibitor, 0.1-1 parts of a leveling agent, 2-6 parts of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), and 10-28 parts of sodium sulphate anhydrous.The preparation method comprises the steps of: preparing a mixture II; and performing grinding; and dispersing the mixture II to obtain the anti-carbonization coating. The anti-carbonization effect of the coating is enhanced, the service life of the coating is prolonged, a grinding and dispersing process is adopted, the preparation time of the coating is saved, the labor intensity of operators isreduced, the preparation efficiency of the coating is improved, and the production and use requirements of current enterprises are met, so that the economic benefits are improved.
本发明提供一种水下混凝土结构防护用防碳化涂料及其制备方法,涉及涂料加工技术领域,包括填料20‑35份;去离子水30‑45份;聚苯烯酸酯乳液6‑12份;碳化抑制剂7‑9份;消泡剂1‑3份;功能性助剂30‑37份;缓蚀剂0.01‑0.1份;流平剂0.1‑1份;聚二甲基氧基硅烷PDMS2‑6份;无水硫酸钠10‑28份,制备步骤如下:制备混合物一;制备混合物二;研磨;分散制得防碳化涂料。本发明增强了涂料的防碳化效果,延长了涂料的使用寿命,采用研磨分散工艺,节约了涂料的制备时间,降低了操作人员的劳动强度,提高了涂料的制备效率,满足了当前企业的生产使用需求,从而提高了经济收益。
