Concrete surface anti-carbonization coating and preparation process thereof
The present invention relates to a concrete surface anti-carbonization coating, which comprises a primer, a middle layer paint and a finishing paint, and the primer comprises 1-6 parts of a polycarboxylic acid super plasticizer. According to the concrete surface anti-carbonization coating and the preparation process thereof, after the concrete surface anti-carbonization coating is applied, a polymer-cement hydration product intertransmission network structure is formed on the concrete surface, and chemical and mechanical combined cohesive force and adhesive force are generated; a high-strength, tough and durable elastic coating film protection layer which is firmly combined with the concrete surface is formed on the concrete surface, so that the erosion of harmful media such as carbon dioxide, sulfide, acid rain and chloride ions in the environment on the concrete structure can be effectively prevented; the advantages that inorganic materials are easy to obtain, good in durability (the service life is generally longer than that of silane and epoxy similar products), environment-friendly and low in price (the cost is generally only higher than that of the silane and epoxy similar products) are reserved, and the advantage of high flexibility of high polymer materials is exerted.
