The invention discloses a preparation method of an anti-freezing energy-saving aerated concrete block. The preparation method comprises the following specific preparation steps: S1, preparing a modified foaming agent; S2, uniformly stirring the raw materials to obtain primary mixed slurry; S3, adding graphene oxide dispersion liquid, a modified foaming agent, a foam stabilizer and an air entraining agent into the preliminary mixed slurry, and stirring to obtain blended slurry; S4, pouring the blended slurry into a mold, and standing to obtain a concrete block; and S5, cutting the concrete blocks into aerated concrete blocks, and carrying out high-temperature steam curing to obtain the final aerated concrete blocks. According to the preparation method, the frost resistance of the aerated concrete block is improved, the preparation method is simple in preparation and the success rate of preparation is increased.
