Method for preparing porous building thermal insulation material from asbestos tailing silicon-magnesium residues
The invention belongs to the technical field of solid waste resource utilization, and discloses a method for preparing a porous building thermal insulation material from asbestos tailing silicon-magnesium residues. The method comprises the following steps: crushing, grinding, sieving and magnetically separating asbestos tailings, roasting and activating residual residues and a carbon reducing agent, and magnetically separating out high-grade fine iron powder to obtain silicon-magnesium residues; carrying out hydrothermal reaction on the obtained silicon-magnesium residues to prepare silicon-magnesium gel; and uniformly stirring and mixing the silicon-magnesium gel with a pore-forming agent, an inorganic foaming agent, an organic foaming agent and water, putting the mixture into a mold, andcarrying out microwave heating foaming and infrared drying to obtain the porous building thermal insulation material. According to the method, high-grade fine iron powder can be obtained, detoxification is achieved, residual silicon and magnesium components are prepared into the porous building thermal insulation material with the high additional value, and harmless and full-resource utilizationof asbestos tailings is achieved.
