The invention discloses an agricultural non-point source and surface runoff initial rainwater regulation and storage pollutant intercepting ecological belt which comprises a pollutant intercepting main canal and embankments arranged on the two sides of the pollutant intercepting main canal. The pollutant interception main canal is arranged on the position along a bank of a lake and is defined by acanal bottom, protection feet and revetments, the protection feet are vertically arranged on the two sides of the lower surface of the canal bottom, and the revetments are composed of the revetment below the normal water level and the revetment above the normal water level; and the protection feet and the revetment below the normal water level are constructed by gabion structures, the revetment above the normal water level is composed of a planting soil layer on the bottom layer and a geogrid three-dimensional net grass planting layer on the upper layer, emergent aquatic plants and submergedplants are planted in the geogrid three-dimensional net grass planting layer and shallow water areas on the two sides of the pollutant intercepting main canal, floating plants are planted in a deep water area in the middle of the pollutant intercepting main canal, and tree and shrub combined green belts are arranged on the embankments. According to the agricultural non-point source and surface runoff initial rainwater regulation and storage pollutant intercepting ecological belt, farmland wastewater and initial rainwater entering the lake can be cut off through the pollutant intercepting ecological belt; and intercepted rain and sewage are subjected to ecological treatment, so that the ecological environment of the lake can be protected.
本发明公开了一种农业面源及地表径流初期雨水调蓄截污生态带，包括截污干渠和设置于截污干渠两侧的堤岸，截污干渠设置在湖泊沿岸；截污干渠由渠底、护脚和护岸围合而成，护脚垂直设置在渠底下表面的两侧，护岸由常水位以下护岸和常水位以上护岸组成；护脚和常水位以下护岸均由格宾石笼结构构筑而成；常水位以上护岸由底层的种植土层和上层的土工格栅三维网植草层组成；土工格栅三维网植草层及截污干渠两侧水浅区域种植有挺水植物和沉水植物，截污干渠中部水深区域种植有漂浮植物，堤岸上设置有乔灌结合绿化带。本发明通过截污生态带可截断进入湖泊的农田废水和初期雨水；并对截留雨、污水进行生态化处理，可保护湖泊生态环境。
