The invention relates to an amphibious garbage collection device which comprises a machine body and a gas generation cavity formed in the machine body. A reaction box is arranged in the gas generationcavity, two solvent cavities are formed in the reaction box, solvents capable of reacting to generate gas are placed in the solvent cavities, solvent inlet holes are formed in the solvent cavities, reaction cavities are formed in the lower sides of the solvent cavities, waste water outlets are formed in the reaction cavities and can adapt to terrain changes, buoyancy can be generated after the device enters water to float the device, and meanwhile, the motion mode can be changed to enable the device to continue to advance in water; and when the device is used, wind energy can be used for providing part of energy for the device, and a collecting cavity is heated by heating gas to be discharged, so that rusting is prevented.
