The invention relates to an amphibious unmanned garbage collection ship, which comprises a main ship body, a buoyancy device, a power device and a walking mechanism, wherein the main ship body is a box body with an uncovered upper end surface, a notch is formed in the side wall, which faces the advancing direction, of the main ship body, an inclined block is arranged at the notch, the end, which is close to the notch, of the inclined block is higher than the end, which is away from the notch, of the inclined block, and a plurality of draining holes are formed in the bottom surface of the mainship body; the buoyancy device is arranged on the side edge of the main ship body and used for providing buoyancy; the power device is connected with the main ship body and used for providing power; and the walking mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the main ship body so as to enable the main ship body to move on the land. According to the amphibious unmanned garbage collection ship, the notchfor collecting garbage is formed in the side wall of the main ship body in the advancing direction, the draining holes are arranged on the bottom surface of the main ship body, and the power device,the walking mechanism and the buoyancy device enable the main ship body to move on the water surface and the land, thereby adapting to various use environments, being capable of collecting garbage conveniently, and greatly improving the cleaning work efficiency.
