The invention discloses a stepped construction system for river course treatment. The stepped construction system comprises excavators, a belt conveyor unit, sludge dewatering devices, an amphibious sludge pump set and dump trucks, wherein the belt conveyor unit is placed on a river channel and a river beach, the belt conveyor unit is arranged perpendicular to the river channel, the dump trucks are parked on both sides of the belt conveyor unit, and the side of the belt conveyor unit is provided with the plurality of excavators, the amphibious sludge pump set is arranged in the river channel on the other side of the belt conveyor unit, the sludge dewatering devices are arranged on two sides of the amphibious sludge pump set, the sludge dewatering devices are placed on the river beach, andthe dump trucks are placed at the sludge conveying ports of the sludge dewatering devices. The stepped construction system has the beneficial effects that the single-to-single excavation efficiency ofa traditional river-course excavator is changed, the plurality of excavators are matched with a plurality of sewage pumps for discharging at the same time, and the sludge cleaning efficiency is greatly improved.
