The building energy-saving device can solve the problems that floccules and solid impurity particles on a roof can be flushed into a water pipe through rainwater falling onto the roof, the application range of directly collected rainwater is notwide due to the fact that many impurities are contained in the directly collected rainwater, the rainwater falling into the water pipe can be splashed out through direct collection of a bucket when the amount of the rainwater in the bucket is more than half, and along with rising of the horizontal plane in the bucket, the amount of the splashed rainwater is gradually increased, and effective collection is difficult.
本发明涉及一种具有雨水收集功能的建筑节能装置,包括对应底座、抱箍、伸缩框组、接头管和过滤管，所述的对应底座的上端安装有抱箍，对应底座内部设有伸缩框组，伸缩框组的上端安装有接头管，伸缩框组的右端安装有过滤管。本发明可以解决由于落入到屋顶上的雨水会将屋顶上的絮状物、固体杂质颗粒一通冲入到水管中，直接收集的雨水由于内部含有较多的杂质，应用范围不广，通过水桶的直接收集，当桶内雨水已过一半量时，水管内落下的雨水会溅出，随着的桶内水平面的上升，溅出的雨水量逐渐增多，难以进行有效的收集等问题。
