The rainwater collecting device for the energy-saving building comprises a PP water storage module located on a roof, a water storage foundation pit is formed in the roof, the PP water storage module is arranged in the water storage foundation pit, a green vegetation module is arranged above the PP water storage module, a purification filter box is arranged in the middle of the PP water storage module, and the upper portion of the purification filter box is connected with water supply equipment. The PP water storage module is provided with a drainage channel connected with the green vegetation module, the drainage channel is connected with a downward drainage well, a filtering device is arranged in the drainage well, the drainage well is communicated with the PP water storage module, and automatic siphon drainage devices are arranged in the drainage well and the PP water storage well. Rainwater is precipitated through the green vegetation module and permeates into the PP water storage module from the upper portion of the PP water storage module or is collected to the drainage well through the drainage channel and then enters the PP water storage module after being filtered through the filtering device, and meanwhile the automatic siphon drainage device in the water storage well can be started when the water volume of the PP water storage module is enough to conduct siphon type quick drainage on the rainwater. And roof water accumulation is prevented while automatic water storage and supplement are achieved.
