External scaffold erection safety device
The invention discloses an external scaffold erection safety device which comprises a locking mechanism and a supporting piece. The locking mechanism comprises a hooping sleeve, at least three lockingtiles and a chassis, an inner hole of the hooping sleeve is a conical hole, the hooping sleeve is provided with a connecting part detachably connected with a vertical rod or a transverse rod of a scaffold, the locking tiles are tile-shaped, the inner surfaces of the locking tiles are cylindrical surfaces attached to the outer wall of steel pipes of the scaffold, and the outer surfaces of the locking tiles are in smooth fit with the hole wall of an inner hole of the hooping sleeve; a mounting hole is formed in the center of the chassis, and a supporting piece for supporting the chassis is fixedly connected to the end face, facing the ground, of the chassis; and the locking tiles are arranged on the chassis in a circular array mode with the mounting hole as the center, the steel pipes bundled into a whole are inserted into a gap defined by the locking tiles, and the locking tiles are connected in a sliding mode in the radial direction of the chassis on the end face, away from the ground, of the chassis. The safety device is simple and reliable in structure and can play a certain role in protecting the external scaffold when the external scaffold is erected.
本发明公布了一种外脚手架搭设安全装置,包括锁紧机构和支撑件,锁紧机构包括一个箍紧套和至少三块锁紧瓦以及一个底盘;箍紧套的内孔为圆锥孔,箍紧套上具有与脚手架的立杆或横杆可拆卸连接的连接部;锁紧瓦呈瓦片状,锁紧瓦的内表面为与脚手架的钢管外壁贴合的圆柱面,其外表面与所述箍紧套的内孔孔壁光滑贴合;底盘的中央具有安装孔,底盘朝地面的端面上固接有支撑底盘的支撑件;锁紧瓦以所述安装孔为中心呈圆形阵列布置在所述底盘上,锁紧瓦之间围成的间隙供集束成一体的所述钢管插入,且锁紧瓦在底盘背离地面的端面上沿底盘的径向滑动连接。本安全装置结构简单可靠,能对外脚手架搭设时起到一定的保护作用。
