The device is characterized by comprising a concrete steel baffle, an L-shaped steel plate clamping part, a steel plateclamping groove and a cement paste steel baffle, the concrete steel baffle is in a sawtooth shape, the distance between sawteeth is equal to the interval between floor steel reinforcing ribs, L-shaped grooves are formed in the two ends of a steel plate, three steel plate clamping grooves are formed between parts of each groove of the steel plate, and are distributed between the two grooves in a balance manner, two ends of the clamping grooves are in welded connection with the concrete steel baffle, the concrete steel baffle is adopted for dividing inclined roof concrete pouring into multiplesmall areas, in the small-range area, concrete flowing is effectively avoided, a flat plate vibrator is used for ensuring the concrete quality, the concrete baffle can be repeatedly used, mounting isportable, and the construction speed is quickened and the material is saved while the roof panel concrete quality is ensured.
本发明是一种斜屋面混凝土浇筑防流淌装置;其特征是:包括混凝土钢挡板、L型钢板卡件、钢板卡槽、水泥浆钢挡板,混凝土钢挡板为锯齿状,锯齿之间距离等于楼板钢筋间距设置,钢板两端头设置L型凹槽,在钢板每个凹槽之间设置三处钢板卡槽,三个钢板卡槽均衡分部在两个凹槽之间,卡槽的两端与混凝土钢挡板焊接连接。本发明采用混凝土钢挡板能够将斜屋面混凝土浇筑划分为若干个小型区域,在小范围区域内混凝土流淌有效的被改善,使用平板振动器可以确保混凝土的质量,混凝挡板能够重复的利用,安装便捷,在确保屋面板混凝土质量的同时,加快了施工速度切节约了材料。
