The invention discloses a transverse moving frame of parking equipment. The transverse moving frame comprises longitudinal beams, a front beam, a rear beam, guide wheels and a transmission device. A walking device is mounted on the bottoms of the longitudinal beams, the front beam is mounted at one ends of the longitudinal beams, the rear beam is mounted below the other ends of the longitudinal beams, the guide wheels are mounted on the inner sides of the longitudinal beams, the transmission device is mounted above the rear beam and located between two adjacent longitudinal beams, the transmission device comprises a transmission shaft and a driving wheel, the two ends of the transmission shaft are connected with two adjacent longitudinal beams, a steel wire rope is wound on the transmission shaft, the steel wire rope extends out of the transmission shaft and is wound around the guide wheels to be connected with a vehicle carrying plate, the driving wheel is connected with the transmission shaft and drives the transmission shaft to rotate in the axial direction, the steel wire rope is released or recycled, due to the fact that the transmission device is mounted between the two longitudinal beams, the position of the steel wire led out of the transmission shaft is lower, therefore, in the longitudinal beams, extra supports do not need to be added for supporting the guide wheels,the whole structure of the transverse moving frame becomes simple, and the cost needed by the machining of the transverse moving frame is effectively reduced.
