The invention discloses a reusable, energy-saving and environment-friendly fabricated building fence. The reusable, energy-saving and environment-friendly fabricated building fence comprises a bottomplate and multiple sets of bolt ground piles, the multiple sets of bolt ground piles are in threaded connection with the bottom plate and penetrate through the bottom plate downwards to be inserted into the ground, a vertical telescopic rod is fixedly arranged in the center of the upper side wall of the bottom plate, a first connecting plate is fixedly arranged at the top end of the telescopic rod, a top plate is arranged above the first connecting plate, the top plate and the first connecting plate are connected in a fastened mode through multiple sets of evenly-distributed first locking bolts, corresponding fixing sleeves are arranged at the two ends of the lower side wall of the top plate and the two ends of the upper side wall of the bottom plate, corresponding hollow cylinders are inserted in the fixing sleeves, and the side wall of each fixing sleeve is in threaded connection with a corresponding first positioning bolt. The fence is convenient to disassemble and assemble, stablein connection performance with the ground and capable of being repeatedly used, natural resources are utilized to the maximum degree, energy consumption is saved, and meanwhile the defect that a traditional fence cannot achieve illumination is overcome.
