The invention relates to a reclamation method for used pep-set resin sand. The reclamation method comprises the following steps that the used sand is fed, and specifically, the used pep-set resin sandis mechanically crushed into single particles; thermal reclamation is carried out, specifically, high-temperature roasting is carried out on the crushed used sand to obtain thermal sand; and thermalmechanical-chemical reclamation is carried out, specifically, the thermal sand is put into negative-pressure closed mechanical milling equipment, and an atomized acid liquor is sprayed in a shower mode to obtain reclaimed sand. The method is low in operation cost, high in efficiency and good in reclaimed sand quality; waste heat of the sand is fully utilized, and the policy of energy conservationand emission reduction is met; wet reclamation is not needed to be used again, basic oxides of the reclaimed sand are removed, and the bottleneck problem of the thermal reclamation is solved; and theadvantages of thermal-mechanical-chemical reclamation are combined, the industrial production can be realized, the efficiency is high, the effect is good, the additional thermal energy supplement is not needed, the equipment addition are not needed, the chemical reclamation in the thermal state can be realized, and the reclaimed sand is low in acid consumption value and good in usability.
