Sand-mud interlayer hydraulic reclamation method for regenerating spherical sand by using sludge
The invention discloses a sand-mud interlayer hydraulic reclamation method for regenerating spherical sand by using sludge. The method comprises the following steps: mixing sludge, powder A and powder B, drying, crushing, adding water for balling, curing, carbonizing and the like to prepare the regenerated sludge spherical sand, arranging a drain opening, a mud conveying pipe, a sand blowing ship, a sand transporting ship and an elevation observation scale; and continuously repeating the steps according to the sequence of blowing and filling a layer of dredged sludge, laying a layer of geotextile, blowing and filling a layer of spherical sand and laying a layer of geotextile until the designed elevation is reached, so that a drainage interlayer of geotextile-spherical sand-geotextile is formed in the blown and filled sludge. The regenerated spherical sand prepared from the dredged sludge is used for the sea reclamation material, a large amount of sand and gravel can be saved, waste of the dredged sludge is turned into wealth, and the method is simple in process, low in cost and convenient to popularize; the construction process for forming the hydraulic reclamation sludge interlayer by combining the regenerated sludge spherical sand and the geotextile can accelerate drainage, and has important significance on hydraulic reclamation.
本发明公开了一种使用淤泥再生球形砂的砂泥夹层吹填造陆的方法,采用淤泥、粉料A及粉料B经混合,干燥,破碎,加水成球,养护及碳化等步骤制备得到再生淤泥球形砂;布设泄水口、输泥管、吹沙船、运砂船以及高程观测标尺;按照吹填一层疏浚淤泥,铺设一层土工织物、吹填一层球形砂、铺设一层土工织物的顺序,不断重复此步骤直至达到设计标高,使其在吹填的淤泥中形成土工织物‑球形砂‑土工织物的排水夹层。以疏浚淤泥制备再生球形砂用于填海材料,能够节约大量砂石料,实现了疏浚淤泥的变废为宝,且工艺简单,且成本低,便于推广;再生淤泥球形砂与土工织物组合形成吹填淤泥夹层的施工工艺,可加快排水,对吹填造陆具有重要的意义。
