The invention provides an antibacterial and antiviral ceramic material and a preparation method thereof, and an antibacterial and antiviral ceramic sanitary product. The ceramic material comprises a green body and a glaze layer, the raw materials of the glaze layer comprise an antibacterial and antiviral treatment agent, and the raw materials of the green body comprise an anti-fouling and anti-sticking raw material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing ceramic mud from a formula amount of the raw materials of the green body, carrying out molding and drying to obtain the green body, and conducting biscuiting to obtain a biscuit-fired green body, wherein the raw materials of the green body comprise the anti-fouling and anti-sticking raw material; and 2) coatingthe biscuit-fired green body in the step 1) with a glaze material prepared from a formula amount of the raw materials of the glaze layer, and carrying out firing to obtain the ceramic material, wherein the raw materials of the glaze layer comprise the antibacterial and antiviral treatment agent. The ceramic material provided by the invention has active antibacterial and antiviral functions and ananti-sticking function.
