The invention provides a carbon fiber-reinforced Ti3SiC2 composite material and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of composite materials. The preparation method comprisesthe following steps: S1, preparing carbon fiber-Ti3SiC2 mixed raw powder; S2, conducting pretreatment on carbon fiber-Ti3SiC2 mixed powder; and S3, carrying out hot-pressing vacuum-protective atmosphere sintering to prepare the carbon fiber-reinforced Ti3SiC2 composite material. The method is simple to operate and short in preparation period; the prepared carbon fiber-reinforced Ti3SiC2 compositematerial not only has lower friction coefficient and wear rate under the condition of room temperature, but also has the properties of high bearing capacity, high strength and the like; and the preparation method is convenient to operate, high in economic cost performance and suitable for producing friction-reducing and wear-resisting materials such as friction plates under severe working conditions.
本发明提供一种碳纤维增强TiSiC复合材料及其制备方法,该复合材料属于复合材料技术领域。其制备方法包括以下步骤:S1:制备碳纤维与TiSiC混合原料粉末;S2:碳纤维与TiSiC混合粉末的预处理;S3:采用热压真空‑保护气氛烧结制备碳纤维增强TiSiC复合材料。本发明操作简单,制备周期短,制得的碳纤维增强TiSiC复合材料不仅在室温条件下具有较低的摩擦系数和磨损率,而且具有高承载、高强度等性能,且制备方法方便,经济性价比较高,适用于生产恶劣工况下的摩擦片等减摩抗磨材料。
