A preparation method of a Ti3SiC2 ceramic reinforced composite material is a chemical vapor co-deposition method, methyl trichlorosilane and titanium tetrachloride are deposited on the surface of fiber to form a Ti3SiC2 layer, the deposition process is carried out in a high-temperature reaction furnace system, and the fiber containing the Ti3SiC2 layer is compounded with resin to obtain the Ti3SiC2 ceramic reinforced composite material. According to the method disclosed by the invention, impurities are not easily introduced in the co-deposition process, the Ti3SiC2 ceramic layer is uniformly distributed, the thickness can be accurately controlled, and the comprehensive mechanical property of the material after the fiber and the resin are compounded is improved.
