Polycarboxylic acid slump retaining agent with early strength function and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of preparation of concrete water reducing agents, in particular to a polycarboxylic acid slump retaining agent with an early strength function and a preparation method of the polycarboxylic acid slump retaining agent. The polycarboxylic acid slump retaining agent is formed by polymerizing the following components in percentage by weight: 70-90% of an isopentenolpolyoxyethylene ether macromonomer, 2-10% of an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer, 7-25% of a slump retaining monomer and 2-10% of an early strength monomer. According to the invention, the isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether macromonomer with a molecular weight of more than 3000 and the early strength monomer are used as comonomers; the polycarboxylic acid slump retaining agent has larger sterichindrance due to a longer polyoxyethylene long side chain, is more beneficial to the dispersion of cement particles and increases the hydration rate of cement, amido in the early strength monomer canpromote the formation of a cement hydration product, and the early strength of concrete is improved by the polycarboxylic acid slump retaining agent and the early strength monomer together. Accordingto the invention, the slump-retaining monomer is used as a comonomer, the slump-retaining monomer contains ester groups, carboxyl groups and the early strength component are released through hydrolysis under the alkaline condition of cement, the released carboxyl groups can ensure the slump of concrete, and the early strength component can provide early strength for concrete.
本发明涉及混凝土减水剂的制备领域,具体涉及一种具有早强功能的聚羧酸保坍剂及其制备方法。本发明按重量百分比计的下述各组分聚合而成,各组分包括:异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚大单体70~90%;不饱和羧酸单体2~10%;保坍单体7~25%.早强单体2~10%。本发明采用分子量大于3000异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚大单体、早强单体作为共聚单体,该聚羧酸保坍剂由于带有较长的聚氧化乙烯长侧链,具有更大的空间位阻,更加有利于水泥颗粒的分散,增加了水泥水化速率,早强单体中的酰胺基能够促进水泥水化产物的形成,两者共同提高了混凝土的早期强度。本发明采用保坍单体作为共聚单体,保坍单体中含有酯基,在水泥碱性条件下,水解释放出羧基基团和早强组分,释放的羧基基团能够保证混凝土坍落度,早强组分能够提供混凝土的早期强度。
