Preparation method of long-afterglow luminescent material
The invention discloses a preparation method of a long-afterglow luminescent material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: a) burdening: weighing metal oxides and transition metal oxides of corresponding elements according to a stoichiometric ratio of the elements, and carrying out burdening; b) ball milling: adding water into the raw materials proportioned in the step a), carrying out ball milling, and sieving the ball-milled mixture with a 100-mesh sieve to obtain slurry; c) drying: drying the slurry to constant weight, and carrying out crushing to obtain blocks; d) calcining: calcining the blocks to obtain a calcined material; e) quenching: carrying out quenching treatment on the calcined material to obtain quenched powder; and f) drying: drying the quenched powder toconstant weight, taking out the quenched powder after cooling, carrying out grinding, and sieving ground powder to obtain the long-afterglow luminescent powder. The long-afterglow luminescent powder produced by the invention can generate far-infrared light and near-infrared light, so pests with negative phototaxis actively leave after sensing the infrared light, thereby achieving the effect of repelling the pests; and meanwhile, the cost of the metal oxides is lower.
一种长余辉发光材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:a)配料:按元素化学计量比称取相应元素的金属氧化物和过渡金属氧化物进行配料;b)球磨:将步骤a配料后的原料加水球磨,球磨后的混合物经过100目筛后得到浆料;c)烘干:将所述浆料烘干干燥至恒重,破碎,得到块状物;d)煅烧:将所述块状物进行煅烧处理,得到煅烧料;e)急冷:将所述煅烧料进行急冷处理,得急冷粉料;f)烘干:将所述急冷粉料烘干至恒重,待冷却后取出研磨,研磨后粉末过筛,得长余辉发光粉料。本发明生产的长余辉发光粉料能够产生远近红外光,使得负趋光性害虫感知到红外光后主动离开,从而达到趋避害虫的效果,同时金属氧化物的成本更低。
