Long-afterglow luminescent aggregate and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of resin processing modification, in particular to a long-afterglow luminescent aggregate and a preparation method thereof. The luminous aggregate is prepared by mixing the following components in parts by weight: 70-85 parts of coarse aggregate with the size of 5-9 mm, 1-3 parts of a diluent, 0.05-0.2 part of a surface modifier, 3-10 parts of luminous powder, 12-20 parts of unsaturated resin, 0.01-0.03 part of a weather-proof agent, 0.05-0.1 part of an oily initiator, 0.02-0.08 part of a water-based accelerant, 800-1000 parts of boiling water and 1-3 parts of an isolating agent, so that the surface of the aggregate is coated with luminous powder resin. Compared with pure noctilucent powder resin particles, the aggregate obtained by the invention has the advantage that the material cost can be greatly reduced by coating a luminescent material on the surface of the traditional aggregate. Moreover, the thickness of the luminescent material coated on the surface can be regulated and controlled by proportioning, and the mechanical property, the friction property and the like can also be regulated and controlled by the material of the surface coating layer, so that multiple functions of long afterglow, high strength, wear resistance, skid resistance, easiness in construction and the like of the luminescent pavement material are realized.
本发明涉及树脂加工改性领域,具体涉及一种长余辉发光集料及其制备方法。按重量份数计,70‑85份5‑9mm尺寸粗集料,1‑3份稀释剂,0.05‑0.2份表面改性剂,3‑10份发光粉,12‑20份不饱和树脂,0.01‑0.03份耐候剂,0.05‑0.1份油性引发剂,0.02‑0.08份水性促进剂,800‑1000份沸水,1‑3份隔离剂,混合使集料表面包覆夜光粉树脂。本发明所得集料在传统集料表面包覆发光材料,相对于纯夜光粉树脂颗粒,其能大幅降低材料成本。且可通过配比调控表面包覆的发光材料厚度,也可以通过表面包覆层的材质调控力学、摩擦等性能,进而实现发光路面材料的长余辉、高强度、耐磨防滑、易施工等多重功能。
