The invention provides a track unit for a bridge, which comprises a base plate, a prefabricated track plate, a self-compacting concrete layer and a vibration reduction layer, and is characterized in that the base plate is positioned on the bridge surface of the bridge; the prefabricated track plate is positioned above the base plate and is formed by offline prefabrication; the self-compacting concrete layer is positioned between the base plate and the prefabricated track plate and is formed by casting self-compacting concrete on site; the vibration reduction layer is located between the self-compacting concrete layer and the base plate. The vibration reduction layer is used for isolating the self-compacting concrete layer from the bridge surface and reducing bridge floor vibration caused by driving loads on the self-compacting concrete layer. The vibration reduction layer facilitates mutual adaptation of deformation of the track unit and the bridge surface, is suitable for the large-span bridge, and improves safety and stability of train operation and structural stability of the bridge. The invention further provides a track structure for the bridge, and the track structure comprises the track unit for the bridge and has the same beneficial effects as the track unit for the bridge.
