The manufacturing method of the track beam comprises the following steps: determining the position and shape of a beam bottom surface center line on a trolley surface according to a given beam top surface center line and the offset delta 1 of the beam bottom surface center line relative to the beam top surface center line; determining a rectangular coordinate system on a trolley surface according to the center line of the beam bottom surface; determining the position and shape of the beam side line on the trolley surface according to the beam bottom surface center line and the rectangular coordinate system; according to the beam side lines, the pulling and pressing amount of a plurality of jacks arranged in the length direction of the center line of the trolley face is adjusted, so that the bottom of the left side formwork and the bottom of the right side formwork coincide with the two beam side lines correspondingly; and pouring is conducted between the left side formwork and the right side formwork. According to the manufacturing method of the track beam, the track beam formed through one-time pouring can meet the high-precision manufacturing requirement.
