A site requiring construction is subjected tostratum replacement, the construction efficiency of the occlusive pile is improved, a pile grinding machine is not used any longer, firstly, the bottom end of a protective tube is pressed into the stratum with the help of a pressurizer, a rotary drilling rig is used for drilling and taking soil with a barrel drill, when the barrel drill drills 3-6m in the stratum, the protective tube is pressed again with the help of the pressurizer, and this operation is repeated until the protective tube reaches the specified depth; a casing is not needed to be in advance, an all casing drill is not neededto be invested, the protective tube is just embedded, the rotary drilling drill is adopted to form a hole, the construction efficiency of the occlusive pile is improved greatly, and the construction cost is reduced.
