The invention discloses a construction method of a large-diameter socketed pile for a complex rock stratum, which comprises the following steps of: providing a rotary drilling rig, a hydraulic vibration hammer and a steel sleeve, performing hole guiding on a pile hole design position by utilizing the rotary drilling rig, and inserting the steel sleeve into the hole guiding position by utilizing the hydraulic vibration hammer; providing two laser gradienters, arranging the two laser gradienters into 90 degrees by taking the steel sleeve as a base point, respectively projecting plumb lines to two edges of the steel sleeve, observing whether the two plumb lines are completely projected to correspond to the edges or not, and performing perpendicularity adjustment on the projections not at the corresponding edges, pressing the steel sleeve by using the hydraulic vibrating hammer, and repeating the detection steps until the steel sleeve is pressed in place; drilling and soil taking are conducted on the interior of the steel sleeve through the rotary drilling rig; lowering a reinforcement cage into the steel sleeve and pouring to form a pile; and pulling out the steel sleeve. Through the construction method, the construction quality is ensured.
