The invention discloses a basement structure partitioned small-section earthwork excavation method. The method comprises the following steps of 1, performing first-layer earthwork open excavation; 2,constructing a basement structure top plate; 3, performing earthwork backfill on the top plate; 4, partitioning an earthwork below the basement structure top plate; 5, performing underground excavation construction of an earthwork excavation area of a first-layer outer wall and an earthwork excavation area of a second-layer outer wall; and 6, performing underground excavation of a middle-column position earthwork excavation area and construction of a frame column. The method is simple, convenient, rapid and high in construction efficiency through the construction method, the partitioned small-section earthwork excavation method is adopted, an excavated structural plane can be used as a work table, and an excavation work table does not need to be additionally erected, so that the large temporary facilities of supports, work platforms and the like are greatly reduced, and the construction cost is reduced; and by adopting the method for performing excavation and construction simultaneously, the self load on a reverse structure is directly borne by the frame column and transferred to a foundation, so that the influence of unloading on a supporting layer during large excavation is reduced, and the foundation resilience amount is reduced.
本发明公开了一种地下室结构分区域小断面土方开挖方法,包括以下步骤:一、首层土方明挖;二、地下室结构顶板的施工;三顶板上土方回填、四、地下室结构顶板下部土方的分区;五、第一层外墙土方开挖区和第二层外墙土方开挖区的暗挖施工;六、中部柱位土方开挖区的暗挖及框架柱的施工。本发明通过施工方法简单便捷,施工效率高,采用分区域小断面的土方开挖方法,开挖的结构平面可以作为工作台,不必另外架设开挖工作台,这样大幅度削减了支撑和工作平台等大型临时设施,减少了施工费用,采用边开挖边施工的方法,逆作结构的自身荷载由框架柱直接承担并传递至地基,减少了大开挖时卸载对持力层的影响,降低了地基回弹量。
