Intelligent deep foundation excavation system and process method thereof
The invention relates to an intelligent deep foundation excavation system and a process method thereof in the technical field of deep foundation construction. The intelligent deep foundation excavation system comprises a conveyor belt assembly which is obliquely arranged and further comprises a plurality of pairs of adjustable supporting components which can be automatically adjusted in a rising and lowering manner, each pair of adjustable supporting components are supported by the two sides of the conveyor belt assembly, two pairs of adjustable supporting components are supported by the highest end and the lowest end of the conveyor belt assembly respectively in a connected manner, and the other adjustable supporting components are arranged between the highest end and the lowest end of the conveyor belt assembly in an interval manner and are jointly supported by the conveyor belt assembly. The intelligent deep foundation excavation system comprises an unmanned mine truck and earth and stone vehicle based on unmanned technology. The process method comprises the steps of deep foundation internal excavation, transferring and loading, and the transferring step includes a sub-step ofadjusting the inclination angle or height of the conveyor belt assembly by adjusting one or more pairs of adjustable supporting components. Unmanned construction can be achieved as a whole, and the inclination angle, height and tension of the conveyor belt assembly can be flexibly adjusted.
