The auxiliary equipment for municipal engineering comprises a water suction pipe, wherein the upper end of the water suction pipe is connected to a water suction pump through a hose. A suction inner pipe designed in the invention can rotaterelative to the suction pipe. In the rotating process, square water holes in the suction inner pipe will communicate to round water holes in a same spiral line successively in the rotating process and the suction force input by a water pump to the water suction inner pipe will penetrate successively through the ceaselessly connected and closed square water holes and round water holes, so that ascending spiral suction forces distributed circumferentially are formed on the cylindrical surface of the water suction pipe. Under the spiral suction forces, water in a riverway is sucked to enter thewater suction inner pipe. Meanwhile, as suction holes change continuously, sundries in water do not block the suction holes and are driven by water gradually to move upward along the spiral directionto be finally collected and treated uniformly, so that the lower side of the water suction pipe is prevented from being blocked.
